About

We listen, act, and transform

Whether you an adult, parent or even a therapist, seeking ways to support your brain and body's functioning is important. I am a neurodiversity-affirming therapist and trauma-informed therapist who's goal is providing support for clients with diverse challenges including: ADHD'ers, anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationships, family conflict, anger, insomnia, self-esteem, work related stress, and women's issues. The specialization of ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) and anxiety lies in understanding how these two conditions manifest uniquely in individuals, how they interact with each other, and how to approach treatment. Both ADHD and anxiety involve issues with attention, focus, and emotional regulation, but they have distinct characteristics and underlying mechanisms. Let’s break down how each condition presents and how they can overlap, making it important to specialize in managing both. ADHD coaching teaches individuals with ADHD can develop the skills, strategies, and confidence needed to manage your symptoms. Understanding how your brain is wired can be deeply empowering. Anxiety does not have to be your enemy. There are ways to work with your anxiety that can help you manage anxious thoughts.

Testimonials

“"I would recommend Cathy to anyone struggling with ADHD or just burnout. I finally have the tools to have a healthy work/life balance without the shame. She inspired me to seek to understand how my own brain operates" ”

Jolie, struggling to manage executive functioning.

“"I have learned so much about myself and how my brain works with Cathy. Discovering a late adult diagnosis of ADHD in my 40's was hard for me to accept. I have learned how to work with my strengths instead of trying to work against them". ”

Theresa, client struggling to manage adhd symptoms

“"Divergent brains can hyper-focus on topics of interest, leading to expertise and passion."”
